Group Training is a great way to experience the expertise of working with a certified Personal Trainer and to have affordable training rates.
Workouts are designed to be progressive and fun! Our Trainers will help you to set a goal, devise a plan and keep you accountable until you achieve RESULTS!
The Results Training Studio offers a variety of group training opportunities for participants of all fitness levels and ages.

ALL GROUP CLASSES
All classes meet once a week for 4 weeks.

- 2 classes - $159
- 3 classes -$209
To allow for flexibility in your schedule, we are changing the sign up for classes so you can sign up for each class individually and do the class you love on a convenient day or try more than one class.
For optimal RESULTS we do recommend working with a Trainer twice a week.

Results Room Class Descriptions
All classes are led by certified Personal Trainers
Large group personal training. A high intensity, calorie burning workout, incorporating cardio, strength and core for optimal body transformation.
Small group strength training (minimum 3-maximum 5 participants). Strength training and core work using a variety of equipment. * Class is 30 minutes.
is a program designed by professional strength and conditioning coaches for the purpose of improving human movement. It will challenge any committed individual regardless of experience or age. Maximum Fitness will get you ready for any road race, hardcore 3-12 mile obstacle courses, or competitions. We use everything from Ropes, TRX, Kettlebells, and whatever we can get our hands on.
Body weight inspired exercises using the TRX system (cable suspension)
Get tough with an exhilarating boxing workout! Class will combine punching and kicking on the heavy bag, conditioning through calisthenics and the use of a variety of equipment and techniques to maximize a high calorie burn and upper body tone.
Learn the fundamentals of a boxing workout. Get your heart rate up and your arms pumping with the use of heavy bags and working one on one boxing with your instructor. Release your stress, have fun and box your way to a higher fitness level.
Calories In - Calories Out
Class is run by our Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. Class will feature a nutritional topic for discussion (calories in) and be followed by a high calorie burn exercise segment (calories out). Be ready to take notes and to sweat!
Learn to move and strengthen your body to be able to perform regular everyday activities by improving your core strength and function, better your posture, and perfect your execution of exercises.
Junior Strength and Conditioning
Ages 10-14. Class will focus on dynamic warm ups, general strength, training, efficient cardio techniques, will address flexibility and will overall teach participants to be functional athletes.
Off Season Conditioning
Ages 14-18. All athletes are welcome to train hard in their off season. Championships are won by well conditioned athletes, the ones that can go a further distance and endure longer. Class will cover conditioning, agility, plyometrics and sports specific exercises. Teams are welcome to book as a group in advance.
Core and More
Your core is the part of your body you use to do everything. A strong, functional core unit can improve posture, decrease back pain, increase balance, and strengthen the abdominal region. The class will cover muscular imbalances, back pain, posture and balance exercises. All levels are welcomed as modifications and progressions will be taught.
Ages 7-10. Learn the fundamentals of fitness with an expert coach! Learn proper technique, work from basics to progression and discover how much fun fitness can be.
